USB Problems can someone help!

Just wondering if someone might know how I might get rid of a Universal
Serial Bus Controler on my system.  I have win 95 and was doing an upgrade
on my ASUS mother board when It enabled the Intel 82371 AB/EB PCI to USB
Universal host control.  I try to run my scanner and there is a conflict.
In windows if I try to get rid of the darn thing it reinstalls duing the
bootup. If you can help me get rid of it I would really be greatfull!
