Help! SE 30 Mac TCP vs Open Transport ??

I hope you can help me. I have an SE 30. Well, there's no help for that.
I'm using system 7.5. Thus I'm using Mac TCP. My computer keeps crashing
when I try to run a recent version of Explorer or Netscape that uses frames.
 
Could this be because I'm using Mac TCP?
 
Is it possible to use Open Transport 2.0 or later with system 7.5?

Would you send me a copy of Open Transport 2.0 as an attachment through email?

Is there a better version of the system I could use?

What is the URL where I could download such?
