Ok...this is for anyone who has the heart and experience (not to
mention the time) to assist a new 'puter user. Actually...I'm
new...the 'puter is old....some have even called it a juced-up
calculator...a 386sx...w/4meg ram and an 80mb hd...which at the moment
has crashed. Can't load any programs and can't read from the 'a' drive
because no DOS commands are functioning....any suggestions would be
greatly appreciatted...thanks! BTW..I do have another 'puter to work
with..a 686/166 w/16meg ram, 2 gig hd and 4meg mem video card so if
slaving the bad hd is an option I'd appreciate help config the sys.
