i'm an Belgium patent owner (for the developpement) of a new 
braking device for automobiles.This braking device is recuperating all
the braking energy so that after a braking action the recuperated energy
isused to provide a new propelling force to speed up the vehicle again to
is original speed without consuming energy.
The new brakes system saves more then 50% of the energy consumption
world-wide.
Using this new braking system, is no loger waste of energy but means in the
future  "new and proper energy" !
The actual car brakes system is so old .....(the basic  idee are as old
as the wheel exists, so this must be modified now !
