The following is without looking into the items in question beyond what
you posted yourself.
this is off the top of my head information:
$299 for a P-133 is high for that type a speed of processor. You should
have paid about $150 or maybe a bit higher if it was an Intel chip.
$17 for 32MB of RAM is super low. If it was in the form of 8 Four Meg
Simms then you should have paid about $30 each ($240), if it was 4 Eight
Meg Simms then the price would be about $60 each ($240), if it was 2
Sixteen Meg Simms then the price should have been $125 each ($250), if it
was 1 Thirty-two Meg Simm then the price would be about $240.
These are current prices if you walk into a used computer store. And may
not be completely accurate. I don't know about the monitor. If you believe
it is used then take it to the police or take it back and be on the safe
side. If they catch you with it then you get charged with "Possesion of
Stolen Goods" even if it was given to you as a gift or you bought it.
Though it is rare for stolen goods to be given a Warranty of any length of time.
