by them and considered them as pure spam.  But when I read the

Why are there so many versions of "Fast Money" making systems on

the internet?  Because the basic algorithm, the basic process,

followed by each system offers the potential to make a great 

amount of money with a small investment of time and money.



What are the basics of each system and why are they legal?  Each

system follows the same basic steps which define a business by

offering others the ability to get involved using the system you 

advertise in newsgroups on the internet and accepting a small fee

for the requests of those who respond to be added to your mailing

list.  Yes, you will be in the business of creating your own 

mailing list.  Their requests to be added to your mailing list

which is sent with a $5 fee for your service define a legal

business opportunity under U.S. Postal and Lottery Laws --- 

a legal business opportunity for you which is covered in title

18, sections 1302 and 1342 of the U.S. Postal and Lottery Laws.



Now, what one does, or does not do, with the mailing list being

constructed is a personal decision.  One could decide to do

nothing with this list, to use it as a tool in building another

business or expanding an existing business.  This decision is up

to the creator of the mailing list -- this decision is up to you.



Because of the abundance of postings advertising the various 

systems in the news groups, the many thousands of news groups

available on the internet in which you can place your advertising

postings, one may be led to believe too many people are involved

in these money making opportunities.  But, one must keep in mind

that each person involved places multiple posts --- the minimum

suggested for this business system being 500 postings.  So, in 

actuality there are far fewer people currently involved, and far

more people yet to become involved, than one may think.

your address. You do not need to include your name if you choose

not to. In order to prevent thievery be sure that your $5 are

folded in your letter requesting to be added to one's mailing

list.

        2)  UPDATE YOUR LIST !  Remove the #1 name on the list,

and move the rest of the names up one position.  Then place your

name in the #3 spot.  Thus, #3 becomes #2, #2 becomes #1 and  #1

is deleted off the list, and YOU will be #3 on the list.  With this new

list, others will be able to take part in the business of

building their own mailing lists.







        3)  Post this updated listing with your address in 

position #3 in at least 500 news groups.  Try posting to at

least 50 groups per day.  You can simply copy the contents of

this letter and post it to the news groups of your choice.  (If

you are not sure how, see the directions below.)  There are 

thousands of news groups on the Internet.  (I believe there

are close to 18,000 of them.)  Also, please post in appropriate

groups and spread your postings over many different local and

international areas.  You may find services which list available

news groups by using one of the web searching programs and

searching for "news groups". 







In a short time, if you spend the time advertising your business

opportunity, others' requests to be added to your mailing list

should begin rolling in.  As more time passes and others get

involved, the number of requests and $5 fees you will recieve

will multiply !  ENJOY !







You must retain all names and addresses sent to you.  Again, do

not discard the names and addresses people send to you requesting

to be added to your mailing list -- these construct your mailing

list.  This is the proof that you are truly providing a service,

and should the IRS or some other government agency question you,

you can provide them with this proof! Therefore, you will start a

list of all the people who send you 2 dollars requesting to be

added to your mailing list. Actually, you will want to protect

this list because it can generate even better responses and much

more money later!







Keep a copy of this letter so you can use it more than once. 

Also keep every name and address sent to you with your $5 fee

for being added to your mailing list.  Then, send out more 

copies in about 6 months, but mail it to the addresses you 

received (your new mailing list) with each $5 dollar fee!  It

will work again, only much better!

DIRECTIONS - HOW TO POST TO NEWSGROUPS

Step 1.  You do not need to re-type this entire letter to do your

own posting. Simply put your cursor at the beginning of this


letter and click and hold down your mouse button. While 

continuing to hold down the mouse button, drag your cursor to the

bottom of this document and over to just after the last

character, and release the mouse button. At this point the entire

letter should be highlighted. Then, from the 'edit' pull down

menu at the top of your screen select 'copy'. This will copy

the entire letter into the computers memory. 



Step 2.  Open a blank 'notepad' file and place your cursor at the

top of the blank page. From the 'edit' pull down menu select 

'paste'. This will paste a copy of the letter into notepad so

that you can add your name to the list. Remember to eliminate the

#1 position, move everyone up a spot (re-number everyone elses

positions), and add yourself in as #6.



Step 3.  Save your new notepad file as a .txt file. If you want

to do your postings in different sittings, you'll always have

this file to go back to.

Step 4.  Within the Netscape program, go to the pull-down window

entitled 'Window' select 'NetscapeNews'. Then from the pull down

menu 'Options', select 'Show all Newsgroups'. After a few moments

a list of all the newsgroups on your server will show up. Click

on any newsgroup you desire. From within this newsgroup, click on

the 'TO NEWS' button, which should be in the top left corner of

the newsgroups page. This will bring up a message box.



Step 5.  Fill in the Subject. This will be the header that

everyone sees as they scroll through the list of postings in a

particular group.



Step 6.  Highlight the entire contents of your .txt file and copy

them using the same technique as before. Go back to the newsgroup

'TO NEWS' posting you are creating and paste the letter into the

body of your posting.



Step 7.  Hit the 'Send' Button in the upper left corner. You're

done with your first one! Congratulations...
