We are currently looking for a qualified junior administrative assistant.
This opportunity is a full-time casual contract in Kingston at the Royal
Military College of Canada.

Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support and processing travel claims  under the
(TGB) Treasury Board Guidelines.

Mandatory Qualifications: The successful candidate will have:

? A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and in particular, Word and
strong Excel.
? Experience in providing accurate spreadsheet data entry, timesheet
processing, word process support, and filling is required.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage information.
? Quality oral and writing communication skills are essential.
? Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong customer service attitude are
necessary.
? Eligible for enhanced security clearance

? Experiences with travel claims and (TGB) Treasury Board Guidelines.


Desirable Qualifications
? Government experience
? Accounting experience
