We, the government, of the people by the people for the people are
petitioning legislators for legislation enabling we the people to protect
underground aquifers in the state of Ohio and the USA from Representatives
selling and transporting water to communities who plan to vacate land close
to lakes, rivers and canals and cover farmland with cement, asphalt and
roofs making it impossible for rain water to percolate through the soil into
aquifers. This would reduce every citizen's cost of water to cost of mining
this mineral.
