1) Clinton - He is personally corrupt.
- His administration illegally kept thousands of FBI files.
This alone is grounds for impeachment.
- Uses police officers as props when he announces his version
of crime legislation. The officers are told to be there
and are paid for it as well, spending tax revenues on
political matters.
- 20 or so of his people have been arrested and/or convicted.
I believe this is a record. Because of this, Clinton is
either the most incompetent or most corrupt president (or
both) in history.
2) Nixon - What can I say? BTW, Nixon held only a comparative few
FBI files (compared to Clinton). IMHO, the reason Nixon
resigned while Clinton hasn't is Nixon's White House tapes,
i.e., there was lots of evidence of wrongdoing.
3) FDR - Cheated on his wife (she and he had separate rooms for the
majority of his administration).
- Tried to "pack" the Supreme Court with more justices so
that he could get his pet legislation passed.
4) LBJ - His wife's trucking company made $ on Vietnam War supplies.
5) Hayes - Teapot Dome scandal. BTW, I am not sure it was Hayes who
was in power at the time of Teapot Dome. If it wasn't,
then whoever was in power then is #5.
