We are looking for representatives for our manufacturing facilities in 
the Republic of Panama.

This is a part or full time job.

You need to locate and introduce our manufacturing services to local 
manufacturers that would
like to consider making their products overseas for a fraction of their 
current costs.

Services include furniture manufacturing using solid wood, flooring using 
rosewoods, and any
other item made with solid wood. We do not use MDF [particulate 
materials] and the quality is of
the highest in the world. Wood carvings are the most attractive services 
we offer to add value to
the items and personalize the products.

Also, the manufacturing of metal items, including patio furniture, lamps, 
racks, etc., using
aluminum or steel.

These services are contracted with our Company in the US which in turn 
makes the products in
Panama and/or Venezuela, importing the items into the US under the 
Caribean Basin Initiative
which provides excellent incentives and, in most cases, no import duties.

We provide our reps with thorough knowledge of our services and 
on-the-job training to identify,
approach, sell, and close manufacturing contracts. However, the selling 
cycle is sure but not
short, and you must invest your own time and effort along with our 
support to locate target
industries... We'll hold your hand during the first few contracts, and 
reward you with a
good revenue.

Once a contract is closed, your earnings will be for the duration of that 
contract as long as
you're working with us. An average contract may represent much more 
income than what you
can
handle.

For instance, on the week of April 8,1996 we closed a contract with a 
furniture manufacturing
company out of New Jersey to make for them only three out many items they 
make, scheduling
deliveries every other month for approximately $36,000 per delivery. This 
contract was achieved
three months after we made the first contact. This will yield between 5% 
and 7% commissions to
the exclusive representative, for every transaction under this contract. 
The total time invested
to achieve this contract was approximately one week. Baby sitting for 
this client will be minimum
and will be done by our Company so that you can dedicate your time to new 
clients.
