In my opinion, militias are forming because our government has turned into
the mafia.  They are not in government to make things better, only to get
a 6 figure salary.  They have made it so that they can seize property
without the person even being convicted, seize the property of a innocent
person because some other person did something which was possibly a
misdemeanor (even if the person isnt convicted)

I am not sure what the details of Bayley's (oj's ex lawyer) being put in
jail for contempt of court was, but my understanding was the our
government told the client that he had to hold the stocks for them, and if
the stocks lost value the client had to eat the loss, and if they gained
he had to give it all up to the government.  

Now Bayley finally gave up all the stocks to the government, thus making
him not in contempt of court.  But our scumbag thieves of a government
wouldnt let him out and demanded that he pay them an additional $700,000
and give them his yacht.  

They need to thief money from people so they can get their 6 figure
salaries I guess.

Our courts have held, that it is perfectly ok for a wife to loose her car,
because her husband committed a misdemeanor by going to a hooker.  She
didnt even try to get them to not take the car, she merely wanted to get
to be repaid for half the value of the car, since even tho it was "HER"
car, it was community property.  They said tough shit, if we want your
property  we will happily steal it from you even tho you have done nothing
wrong.  She did nothing wrong yet our piece of shit scumbag government
STOLE HER car from her.  

Now I doubt many people have gotten this far ;-)  , but I am NOT in a
militia, nor do I want to be.  They seem to be just as evil as our
government.

But our government needs one hell of a spanking and militias are not the
answer.  We have the democratic tools to end this reign of terror by these
criminals who hide under the government.  The solution is not militia's,
but ending the lazyness of us citizens
