how to access integration view on client from server

hi all
  i mhv just started learning clearcaseLT, so plz just try to help me
out frnds
I have created a project on clearcase server, I hv also created an
integration view for this project
I m tring to join that project through clearcase client.
I m unable to see integration view of that project on clearcase
explorer
on client pc
Is it the normal way???? Or I m making any mistake??????
I m not getting what will be the storage location for my development
view
when I will create a development view?????
Will it be stored on server pc or client pc????????
