how to restrict a developer for a particular project

hi all i mhv just started learning clearcaseLT, so plz just try to
help me out frnds.

suppose project manager has created 2 different projects on clearcase
server
when any developer of one project on clearcase client open the project
explorer, he will able to see all the available projects on clearcase
server
how to restrict the developer for joining a particular project??????
i mean is it possible to provide any password restriction for joining
any
project????
