Dip Switch Settings for 336 PCAM Modem...?

Can Anyone tell me the settings for the dip switches on my internal modem.
I am unsure of the exact make or model although the chips are 'Rockwell'
and '336 PCAM DATA/FAX/VOICE' is written on the plastic cover.
There are 8 dip switch settings and I cannot find any documentation on any
web pages... any ideas...?
