Hi all,

Sorry for the cross postings but I'm really need all the help and opinions that
I can get for my situation.

First, bought a Hayes modem thinking that I can get a rebate of US$40 back. 
Sent in the rebate form and receipt in JUNE.  Did not get my money back.  Call
up HAyes, they told me to send it again.  I did that and still no money.

Then I E-mailed the Hayes online support, initially, there was still response,
but now, they totally ignore my E-mail. (just sent another email to Hayes again
today)

I'm really fed-up and frustrated now.  It's no more a $40 rebate thing, I'll
like to go all the way to make sure justice is done.  Justice as in Hayes will
keep their promise of a rebate.

Any help and opinion will be appreciated.  Thanks!
