Have a lot of the same stuff as you 
AMD 1.2gig cpu
Voodoo 3 16 agp
sound blaster 512
256 ram 133
Asus k7 pro MB

have a 400AMD as well having no problems at all.  I would go to win 98
SE which is the only difference.  The upgrades for 98 to SE do not
work that well get a full copy of 98 SE
