I had that happen once too. My solution was to reformat and reinstall Win 95. I 
discovered that the problem was a file corrupting and it is a fairly common 
problem. 

If you don't want to do that, my suggestion is to search through your windows 
and windows\system files for exittodos.pif or something like that. If that 
isn't present then Win 95 is bombing out because it can't find that file and 
since it just dropped the kernel, it has nothing to do but reboot. If that is 
the case, first try to have win 95 detect the problem, which it probably won't. 
If that doesn't work, find a cab viewer and look through your Win 95 setup 
files for the exittodos thing. You'll need to put that in your windows 
directory. If this fails, reformat and reinstall. If it happens after 
reinstalling, you have something functionally wrong with your install set. 
Either buy a new pc and get the Memphis or Oem_sr2 version, or dl them out of 
the warez groups. 

I'm personally in the process of changing my computer mindset to that of Linux 
because it is more stable than Win 95 and I don't need NT, although I have it.

Maybe you should get NT 4.0 because it is rock solid
