Get Windows 98 SE.

Download the latest AGP Miniport driver from VIA or AMD.

Also remember to get the latest graphics card drivers for your ATI card.

Have you set the memory to be controlled by SPD. This should give the best
stability settings.

My system is OK (Athlon 600, Asus K7M)
