paying for it! go ahead and check with your local post office and ask =
them if this is legal and they'll confirm that it is indeed legal. refer =
to title 18 sec. 1302 & 1341 of the Postal lottery laws.

2) Get 6 american dollars in singles and place ONE inside EACH piece of =
paper and fold the paper so the bill will not be seen through the =
envelope (to prevent thievery).
