If everyone that gets this passes it on and donates just $10 then Jo Ann
will not have to go through a double lung heart transplant by herself.
This is not spam or a hoax or a scam. We are trying to raise money so that
someone can be with Jo Ann when she has her transplants, this is a
requirement of the transplant program that someone be with her as a support
person. That person will need to live in Toronto for as long as Jo Ann is in
the hospital and that can be anywhere from 3 months to a year.
