From the numbers in your table, look up 5% or 0.05 from within the table.
You will find something like 0.505. Then read out of the table to get
something like 1.64. Thus Z is -1.64. You know x = 310 and variance = 85,
sigma = sq root 85 = 9.219, so = (-1.64 x 9.219)  + 310 = 294.88
Answer = 294.88
