 .... One property developer rental landlord I met said his other
property developer friend was going insane.
Both greedy, conniving, un-creative, lacking original thinking,
on the band wagon, contract pushing, money hoarding, zombies.
Just like that other past-friend of mine that made his money
from CAR CLAMPING.

We don't need car clamps.
We need better politicians and better property developers
that provide huge beautiful tree ringed free car parks.
 (A step further would be something better than polluting cars too)

With the right vision, people would volunteer to build them for free.
 (A good community project, with many people contributing a day a
month)

But Oh, no, the land is worth $500,000,000 !!!
We have to fill it full of parking meters and car clamps !!!
So some obese smoking spare-rib munching gambler can play poker all
day inbetween paying $500 a pop for drug addict hookers !!!
