Raw materials (corn syrup, flour, sugar, etc.) are combined in large
commercial mixers to produce the dough.
The dough is then dumped into a machine that takes it through a series of
special rollers.
After the dough is rolled into a thin sheet, it is cut into circles
perfectly sized for MOON PIE cookies.

Once the dough is cut into cookies, it travels through a long narrow oven
until it is baked to perfection.
When the cookies leave the oven they travel along conveyor belts to an area
where they are manually inspected and transferred onto another system of
conveyor belts, taking them to the next step of the process. The cookies are
then loaded into a machine which automatically deposits marshmallow filling
and then another cookie, making a marshmallow sandwich.

Once the marshmallow sandwiches are made, they are lovingly inspected and
centered in place. Then they are drenched in a chocolate, banana or vanilla
coating.
The marshmallow sandwiches are magically transformed into MOON PIEs, The
MOON PIE's travel through a long refrigerated room where the delicious
liquid coating is hardened.
The MOON PIE's are then wrapped, packaged in cartons, then inspected and
weighed, before being packaged into corrugated cardboard cases
The cases of MOON PIEs are stacked on pallets where they are prepared for
shipment to waiting mouths in Canada, Mexico and the USA.

I swear its only these and nothing more !

Did I mention that I like moonpies?
