I got a Smart & Friendly Turbowriter RW for Christmas and had all kinds of
trouble getting it to work.  I called their tech support line and, after
waiting 10 minutes, I was told to leave my name and number and that I'd be
called back.  It took three days for them to get back to me, but when they
did, the tech support guy was professional, knowledgeable and patient.  I
got the CD writer working in about an hour.  It's even writing CD's at 6x!
I'm very happy with them.
