one of the ways is with Nero. Just select boot CD and follow procedure. Of
course, you must have a bootable diskette (or image).
I'm sure there's other programs capable of doing this as well.

Thanks. Can you tell me where to download Nero?
I assume making bootable diskette is go to DOS and format disketter is /s
command

To make a DOS boot floppy with XP, place a floppy in the drive, go to My
Computer, rt-click on the A-drive,format, check the box for 'create an
MS-DOS startup disk'.  Then use a program such as Nero at www.ahead.de or
Roxio's EZ-CD to create the bootable CD.  These programs will use the boot
floppy in the preparation of the boot CD.
