Hi,

does anyone know about cdrom writer software for DOS/Windows NT which can be
controlled through a batch program. Something like:

write.bat:

cdromwrite c:\cdromImages\anImage -recursive -targetdrive e:\

My Hardware is:

TEAC CDR-55S
or
YAMAHA CDR400

Please reply if anything is unclear.

tia, Grischa

Thanks for an interesting question. There seems to be a straightforward
solution in NT or a DOS window in NT (probably the same in Win95 or 98,
but that was not asked).

You should be able to do this quite easily using packet writing (fixed-
or variable-length). Format a disc for packet writing and simply address
it as you would any other drive. If you want the result to be readable
in a conventional CD-ROM, you will either have to copy the disc or write
it in variable-length packets and finalize it to ISO 9660 Level 3.
