Hi not sure if this is of any help. But believe the latest firmware is
R5A010 & to access the Service menu do.

When you enter the Service Menu
Just hit yes, & yes that will give you the firmware version
most likely R4A007 if your handset is new.

These are a list of Service Centres in WA not having been there as yet not a
clue how far from you.
