Dialing by Palm Bluetooth to T39

I tried to dial a call using Palm's Address book and Bluetooth to my 
Ericsson T39. It works and I can get a call on the phone but couldn't 
get the call to default to my Bluetooth HC10 handsfree ear piece. It 
kind of defeats the purpose when you are driving.

Is there some special setting for this? Thnxs for any pointers.
