I found this on Someones web site. I think we have him to blame:

 Also a company is sending SMS via the MTN (www.mtm.co.za) web site to Fast
Fone customers with a
message saying "call 1800 786 891 to recharge by phone and save money.
Conditions apply. <MTM sms>" I have
called Voda to sort this out but i am waiting for a call or E-Mail. More to
follow.
