I've just got a second hand CARK126 car kit as well as holder and external
antenna, but no install instructions.  I'd like to try installing it myself
or should I take it to an installer - they want about $AUS200.....?

there will be prob 3 wires maybe 4

a full time +12 volts Red
a ground wire Black
a +12 when car switches on Blue
and maybe a radio mute wire yellow goes to 0 volts when in call


all easy to do

the cig lighter is usually good for the car switch on
