I have a problem and I was not find solution, please help!! :(((

So...this is the scenario:

I was added some appointments in my lotus mail (calendar) database.
If I try to do synchronization for the first time this day, all
appointments that are in the phone until this moment are deleted (they
are note deleted from lotus mail database), and only new (added this
day in mail database) are added in the phone..
Any other sychronization in same day will be OK, but tomorrow, first
syncronization will again delete all previosly added appointments in
phone :((

WHY???
