Ah, but now you're focused on the resolution. Engineers want to know the 
why. They won't rest until they know. They'll spend/waste 4 days pulling 
apart some useless aparatus just so they can come to you in glee to 
report that it was _this_ do-hickee that failed, not that dongle! <grin>
