That happens to me when I'm downloading mp3's and multitasking on the side, with lots of memory resource hogs running. A reboot and a download of the same mp3 without all the TSRs and multitasking programs open cures that. I've made a permanent giant swap file, I've got 256 of mem and tons of hard drive space, but Windoz severe limitations on memory use seem to screw the pooch at times. Try dl'ing it without all those open programs running in the background.
