have you tried winimage, to make an .img of the entire disc and then burn the .img file? I seem to remember this being a popular windows app amongst the bootleggers. Of course you could just use an operating system (say, oh I don't know...LINUX?) that actually gives you full control of your computer and all its capabilities, to copy CD's or even DVD's ;)
