cisco 1600

Hello, i've got a cisco 1600 and seem to have (probably) a very simple
problem. After configuring the unit if I connect it directly to my ISDN
line every works great. If however I connect it through my Ackermann/Quante
telephone system nothing works. All other devices on the isdn bus work fine
through this telephone system.
I guess it must be that the cisco, like all other devices on the telephone
system must authenticate itself. But what command to use for this? On the
700/800 I found on the net that the command is: set directorynumber
or isdn calling-number.
But these do not work on the 1600.

Can anyone help.......
