Hello,

I recently defragged a FAT32 partition (Drive E) on a Toshiba laptop running
WIN2K Beta 3 Pro. WIN98 (OEM Version) is on Drive C but I did not try that
partition. No problems defragging the host WIN2K partition although it
would not completely defrag the partition. It stopped at about 99% and
quit. It did that three times. No problems accessing data though so it
must be OK.

I use Partition Commander and Cacheman on Drive C and routinely access data
using Win2K with no problems. I also run several programs on the WIN98
partition using WIN2K without any adverse effects.
