I have a NT4 Workstation box. When I log in as a domain administrator to the domain from this machine, everything works fine. I can do nslookups to find the DNS Server, ping, internet access etc. However, there are 2 problems when I log in on other occasions: 1)If I create a new domain user account, and then try and log in to the domain from this NT4 box, I get a Doctor Watson, Explorer crashes. This only happens on this NT4 box and no others on the segment. 2)Or, if I log in as another normal user (who has been regularly using this machine), I log in fine, but no internet access, and I cannot do nslookups etc. God knows what the problem is... I would really appreciate any advice you guys might have. Thank you

I'm afriad it sounds like rebuild time. I found this problem when we had it. There's a Technet article about it and Microsoft's official response is basically .... "sorry, no fix!". NT is basically screwed (technical term!) Simon wrote in message ... >I have a NT4 Workstation box. >When I log in as a domain administrator to the domain from this machine, >everything works fine.
