Strange message when starting Win 95

I have installed TrialBlazer and then after that, every time i start Win 95,
there is a message saying "ATM16.dll cannot load". Although every other
thing is fine, i still dont really like this message. Now even I have
uninstalled TrialBlazer, the message is still there. Please, can anyone help
me?
