Technical Team Leaders

In this position you will apply the latest technologies to solve the
client's business problems. This is a high-energy, hands-on position in
which you will assume the technical lead of the company's team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all technical aspects of the project, design
(Data and Object Modelling), implementation, testing (System, performance
and user acceptance), rollout, establish and maintain development
specifications, standards and environments, provide technical assistance and
mentorship to the team, work directly with the client in analyzing their
needs and resolving all technical issues.

Qualifications

Seeking candidates with a strong background in one of the two following
profiles: Enterprise Java (EJB, JSP, Servlets, etc.)
Application Servers, XML
Oracle or DB2
UNIX or Windows NT/2000 AND/OR

Microsoft Internet Technologies
VB, IIS, ASP, Index Server, COM/DCOM, ADO, Active X, Site Server, XML
Oracle or SQL Server
Windows NT/2000

Excellent leadership, communication and facilitation skills are a must.
ualified candidates should ideally have had prior experience in a consulting
environment, or in-depth familiarity with industry-specific business
processes. Requires 30-50% travel, a BS/MS in computer science/computer
engineering and 3+ years experience.
