I have an Everex 486 SX/33. Two days ago, it booted up fine, but now upon boot up, I see the POST info and memory/cache check. As soon as the RAM count is finished, the display switches to a nasty big bold text video mode and displays the message: DMA UNIT #1 ERROR SYSTEM HALTED The computer is a 486 with AMI BIOS (from 1986/7), and upon research of the error, I wasn't able to find much except this is a "Fatal Error"... duh. :) Anybody know how to fix this or how it may have came to happen in the first place? Any sugestions would be appreciated. Thanks, Dan
