Job Description:

Participate in analysis, design, coding and testing of a 
new Intranet system. Position will involve a lot of data 
analysis expertise and extracting of data from numerous 
systems into backend database. Responsibilities will 
include developement, maintenance and production support of 
this system. Will need to interface with numerous 
departments and both technical and non-technical 
co-workers. Must be able to work with minimal direct 
supervision and be able to quickly develop new system 
enhancements as required. Must be proficient in SQL. 
Knowledge of Cognos PowerPlay and Impromptu strongly 
preferred as well as some system administration experience 
in NT and UNIX. Knowledge of various database types such as 
DB2, VSAM, LotusNotes, Access preferred. Candidate should 
have some web Programming experience such as HTML, JAVA, 
PERL. Must be skilled in SQL performance considerations. 
Logical thinking and analytical capability are a must as
