Job Description:

TASKS Manage the telecommunications team. Vendor 
Management. Telecomm/Voice Projects. Provide expertise in 
consulting in telecommunications technology and work with 
customer to define strategy for deploying future technology 
in the company. Develop various technical options for 
system implementation to solve business problems. Review 
architecture and technical design of vendor products. 
Determine viability of design and fit with corporate 
technical architecture. Serve as primary contact for 
outside sales calls for telecommunications products. 
Custodian for SLA with client. Review SLA to isolate 
trends. Provide monthly management reporting on SLA and 
project activity. Reviews vendor invoices. Works on special 
telecommunication projects as assigned by management. 
Handles client escalated telecommunication issues. Provides 
consultation to customer on annual budget guidelines. 

Qualifications:

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED Telecommunications technology, PBX 
(Meridian), Telecommunication's hardware and software, 
Videoconferencing, Windows NT, MS-Office, Web Browser Tools
