Job Description:

We are in search of a Support Systems Analyst to come and 
join our team. Who has technical experience in SFDM support 
and skills in the areasof problem determination, creativity 
and analysis. Creativity and analyticalability is required 
to understand the inter relationships of the productswith 
each other and with the network as a whole. Able to 
identifyopportunity for and implement process improvements. 
Skilled at managingcomplex and multi-vendor environments. 
Need strong computer skills, will bethe initial call 
handling person, need to perform root cause analysis, 
andresolve routing customer problems. Receive incoming 
calls from customers andcreate incident record or update 
existing record. Answer incoming callswithin set criteria. 
Direct ownership of problem resolution through ownskills or 
by timely escalation. Utilize call tracking tool used to 
trackproblems and generate metric reporting. Validate 
customer information, name,phone, room, id number. Using 
expertise, analyze and resolve the customerproblem at first 
contact within set criteria. Contact obligation for 
firstcall resolution is target at 65%. Utilize standard IBM 
Global Servicesprocesses and escalation procedures as 
documented. Refer incidents to theproper queue the first 
time with 95% accuracy.
