Job Description:

Need to have a background with MVS, JCL, IMS, COBOL, DB2, 
Unix, TCL, Matrix-one, Java, STC eGateway, Oracle DB, and 
some Project Management skills such as MS Project, 
Understanding of development methodologies. You will 
organize and collect business requirements, perform 
programming tasks, and ensure high quality deliverables 
through validation of test results. Candidate will define 
business and technical requirements, code and test within 
application development environment, and manage and report 
on other team members tasks. Candidate may be asked to 
assist in the evaluation of a proof on concept prior to the 
development effort. Must have excellent communciations 
skills both written and oral. Must demonstrate urgency in 
completing tasks on time and within budget. Be a part of a
