I've been programming Clipper for 11 years.  I tried to go to VO (v1.00) and
it was slow going.  After a year I checked out Fivewin - This thing will
leverage your Clipper experience in Windows and you can learn Windows
programming as you go along.  Another hot new technology is xBase++.  It's
still new and Al Acker has totally rewritten Clipper to 32bit windows - very
hot!
