error in norton editor

i m encountering error " integer divide by 0" in my new computer PIII-600 when I run ne.exe (norton editor ver 2.0) Please tell me is there any new version of this editor or Are there any good editors for clipper program

Any editor capable of editing ASCII text will do the job. There are, however, plenty of text editors that know something about Clipper syntax and they will aid you when editing (perhaps by helping you indent or by colouring keywords and the like). These editors are discussed now and again in <URL:news:comp.lang.clipper>. Consider popping over to somewhere like Google Groups <URL:http://groups.google.com/> and searching in this group on that subject. You'll find all sorts of recommendations for both DOS and Windows. In fact, given the number of times the subject of editors has come up this week, you could almost believe that there's some conspiracy to advertise an editor in <URL:news:comp.lang.clipper>. The VFAQ <URL:http://www.davep.org/clipper/VFAQ/> has been updated with a Google Groups search URL on the subject of Windows editors. Editors are not yet there. There are already 2 threads running here about editors for Clipper. I am sure also that your old edit has a patch if you use google to search for it. A
