Hi everybody. Im tryng to solve a problem between my NT 3.51 and my SQL 6.5. The fact is that I want to map The NT user IUSR_ROPERMAN, (which was created in the installation of IIS), to a SQL user. This is, more or less, the process I follow. In the security manager, I grant user access to the NT group WEB\INTER, in which I have previously placed the user IUSR_ROPERMAN, and check the box Add Login IDs. Then, most of the member of the group are correcty mapped to SQL user, in the way: WEB\username mapped to WEB_username WEB is the name of my domain. But IUSR_ROPERMAN is not mapped, and I get the error message: An error occurred executing sp_addlogin using WEB\IUSR_ROPERMAN - '' is not a valid name since it begins with an invalid character. I dont know what I may doing wrong, please help!!! Thank you.
