The Ventura County Air Pollution Control District (California) is soliciting 
proposals to develop a database application program to track adoption and 
Iplementation of transportation control measures and generate a variety of 
reports for local, federal and state agencies.

Firms interested in bidding on this project should have experience in 
structured database design in the FoxPro development environment.  Knowledge 
of transportation issues is also desirable.  If you would like to receive copy 
of the Request For Proposal, please submit a letter of interest, a facsimile,
