Is there any way to determine when a user-created (or otherwise) Stored
Procedure was executed?...Does such a function exist in SQL Server 6.5?
My inclination is to say No. However, if anyone knows otherwise I would
be greatly interested. Thanks.

AFAIK, there is no way to tell.

Of course, you could always put something in the procedures, themselves.
A simple insert to a separate audit table with user name, datetime,
procname would suffice.
