That's not quite right.  They said they got connection speeds up to 52Kb 
with the normal being in the 45Kb to 48Kb range.  For those interested in

My personal experience with an external USR X2 Sportster, after the bios
upgrade, is a fairly steady 46.6 connection which is a useful increase
over the 31.2/33.6 connection that I usually get.
